Full Registration

The FULL registration fee includes the following (unless otherwise noted):-

- Attendance at all conference days
- AM/PM teas and coffees
- Conference Lunches and Conference Banquet
- Conference bag or folder
- A copy of the programme / conference digest including abstracts of presented papers
- One ticket for the conference banquet
- Silver Membership of KES International for one year from the date of the event

The Registration Options are as follows:-

- 250 GB Pounds (EARLY BIRD) for KES Silver members Including conference dinner
- 295 GB Pounds (EARLY BIRD) for KES Bronze/Non-members Including conference dinner

After the earlybird registration date of 22/05/2015 has passed the prices will increase by £50

Student Registration

Student Registration is available to those providing a letter on headed note-paper from their University signed by their Head of Department/School confirming that they are a student on a programme of research. Please REGISTER FOR THE CONFERENCE and after this send a scanned copy of this letter to registration@innovationinmusic.com Student registration places are limited in number. After these place are taken students must register at the Full rate.

The student registration fee includes the following:-

- Attendance at the day AM/PM teas and coffees
- Lunch
- Conference bag or folder
- A copy of the programme / conference digest including abstracts of presented papers
- NO ticket for the conference banquet
- Silver Membership of KES International for one year from the date of the event

The Student Registration fee is:-

- 175 GB Pounds (EARLY BIRD) for KES Silver members
- 195 GB Pounds (EARLY BIRD) for KES Bronze/Non-members

Accompanying Person Registration

An "Accompanying Person" is someone who accompanies a full delegate but takes no part in the conference. An example is the wife or husband of an author.

The following conditions apply:-

- An accompanying person must register with a Full or Student delegate (ie they may not attend the symposium alone).
- The Accompanying Person registration provides morning and afternoon teas/coffees, and lunch each day.
- It does not permit entry to any conference sessions or talks, or a published paper, or a set of proceedings. No part can be taken in the conference.

- Note: A ticket for the conference dinner is not included for accompanying persons, who may purchase this as an additional item if they wish.

The Accompanying Person Registration fee is 100 GB Pounds

KES Silver membership

You are a KES Silver member, and qualify for the reduced rate, if you registered for and attended any KES event in the past year.
